How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after payment.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your package is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders!

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns, but only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Can I return a blind box if I didn’t like the figure?

No, we don’t accept returns on opened blind boxes. The surprise is part of the experience!

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

We offer both, depending on the situation.

What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement for free. Just reach out to us at hello@mofusand.store.

Do I need to send the product back to get a refund?

Yes, for standard returns (not related to damaged or incorrect items), the product must be returned to us in its original condition.

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track My Order page.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days, feel free to email us at hello@mofusand.store, we’ll look into it for you.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it.

First, we recommend checking with your local delivery service. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at hello@mofusand.store and we’ll assist you.

Is there a time limit to report a delivery issue?

Yes, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve any issues.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely via SSL encryption and Stripe.

Do you accept international cards?

Yes, we accept international credit and debit cards.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

No, we do not currently offer payment in multiple instalments.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

It depends, some discount codes can be combined, others cannot. Check the conditions of each code at checkout.

Yes, the minimum order value for wholesale is $500 USD.

Do you collaborate with influencers or content creators?

Yes, we’re open to collaborations. If you're a creator, feel free to reach out with your idea!
